Opening for TEST LEAD 10-15 Years Exp
As a Test Lead, your key responsibilities will include:
Produce the Test Strategy and Test Plan utilising appropriate risk driven test planning techniques Liaise with the Analysts, end users and Business Specialists over all aspects of component integration and system testing
Establish the types of tests to design and create based on the Technical reviews with platform SMEs and design documents
Produce Test Conditions for all applicable tests
Identify what tests can be automated
Execute tests and record the results
Create Test Completion Reports for each stage of testing and summarise the final post-testing position (including outstanding operational risks) in the 'Testing is Complete' Report
Monitor the effectiveness and progress of testing and alert the Delivery Manager/Test Manager to any potential problems, risks and challenges in time.
Review all test artefacts to ensure adherence to the RBS standards, procedures, techniques and coverage targets specified in the project's strategy for testing
The Skills you’ll need
In order to be successful in this role, you must have the following skills & experience:
Minimum of 10 years of total experience in Functional & Automation Testing More than 3 years of experience managing end to end Test planning & execution for small & medium size test assignments.
Capability to outline Test Strategy & Test Plan based on the Requirement specifications.
Good understanding of industry Testing process and standards
Good understanding of Testing Life Cycles for Water-fall, Iterative and Agile development methodologies.
Proven track record of delivering quality output by engaging team members in problem investigation & resolution during testing phases.
Good communication and Stakeholder management skills
